Gotcha Apartments - No Availability

125 Court St. is located far enough from town to offer peace and quiet, yet close enough to get to by foot. The apartment offers a small backyard with opportunities for garderning, pets, small fires, etc. The following are included in the prices: heat, hot water, sewer, snow removal & trash disposal. Tenants are responsible for internet and utilities.

Pets are permitted in the apartments and are approved on a case by case basis. For cats and dogs, an additional $50 per month will be added to the monthly rent and an additonal sum of $250 will be required towards the security deposit.

 

The monthly rent is based on the number of individuals living in an apartment. For example, the rent for a 2-bedroom apartment is based on 2 individuals living in the apartment. For each additional person living in the apartment, the monthly rent will be increased $100.00.

     

 

There are coin opperated laundry machines on the premises. The washer and dryer are both set at $2.00.
